International Exhibition “Together” – Commemorating the Battle of Grunwald

On October 1st, the international exhibition “Together” (Kartu) opened at the Trakų Vokė Manor. The exhibition commemorates the 615th anniversary of the Battle of Grunwald (Žalgirio mūšis).

It features paintings by 20 artists from Poland and Lithuania and is scheduled to travel to the Grunwald Museum in Poland following its debut.

The featured artists interpret the Battle of Grunwald through: modern visual forms, heraldic motifs, Historical figures.

Included in the exhibition is the painting "The Attack" (Ataka) by Aleksandras Vozbinas, an artist who frequently explored historical themes within his canvases.
